The suits are great but the shipping sucks

The suits are great and are long-lasting but you are better off purchasing off of amazon or in person at a store that sells the suits. Ordering them directly from their website is a hassle - they use UPS for the initial portion of deliver and then opt for USPS to deliver their products to the final destination which then results in your order getting significantly delayed or lost. They are unwilling to use UPS solely to ship their product and tell you to just keep waiting.

I have never written a review for anyone…

I have never written a review for anyone much less a bad review. I have a competitive swimmer, with tens of bathing-suits that do not fit. We signed up for this new company, and been told about a rare sale. Unfortunately that evening I fell asleep, but as I woke up I have seen an e-mail the sale was extended, so I went online, and spent 30 minutes shopping I had two bathing-suits in my cart the kids were around me happy and yelling, we put the sale promo in "jobogo", and took $30 dollars off my order. I have put my address, and refreshed to put the payment info my total was $90 some for two suits, free shipping!!. When I refreshed the page, the code was gone, and I was charging now $128 plus shipping $7. Somehow the website refreshed at 0900 am EST! right in the middle of my purchase. The girls were so disappointed! I said I would buy only one bathing-suit. But now only one, would cost over $70!!! and that within just minutes.
I looked at the coupon and it said 12pm. I am thinking they must have left it on for few more hours? Not sure what happened... so I looked for a phone number- nothing. I sent two e-mails, no response... no customer service!!!
It is false advertising! and truly this mirage of coupons that tricks us in following them all the time is so against our busy life.
Now I have a choice, disappoint my girls(now it is fashion to buy JOLYN on the pool deck) or do not buy from a company that is so misleading in its promotional practices. Such a bitter story... so useless.. for $40 to leave an otherwise easy customer with such a bad taste. If I had it all in my cart, why don't you let me purchase it? Was it such a big deal? And if I wasn't supposed to buy it in the first place at that price, why don't you take the sale down when you said you would, so I do not spend my time shopping when it expired? Why do you lead me into spending my time on something that doesn't exist?

Bad return and shipping policy

My complaint is about the return and shipping policies.
We bought a bikini based on the size charts provided on the site. We paid for shipping.
They did not fit. On the return, we have to pay for return shipping and if we want a replacement we have to pay for shipping again. That is $17 in just shipping.
Get the sizing right on the web site to begin with and we would not face this problem.
